The Holy Prophet (SAW) Said:

1) Four things that make your body sick:

a) Excessive talking (me)
b) Excessive sleeping (me)
c) Excessive eating and ( OMG..me again)
d) Excessive meeting other people (not me...fiuhhh.. thank god..)

2) Four things that destroys the body:

a) Worrying (me)
b) Sorrow (Sadness/Grief) (sometimes me)
c) Hunger (ALWAYS me)
d) Sleeping late in the night (not me!! yeay!! i sleep at 10 or11 pm everyday!)

3) Four things that dry the face & take away its happiness:

a) Lying ( is joking considered lying? )
b) Being disrespectful / impudent (insisting on something wrong knowingly) (i dun think so...am I?)
c) Arguing without adequate knowledge & Information. ( i'll just keep quite if I dun have enough evidence..)
d) Excessive immorality (doing something wrong without fear). ( LOL! I'm fearful! Believe me...OF EVERYTHING!!)

4) Four things that increases the wetness of face & its happiness:

a) Piety (Youre looking at the right person here, people. *ehem2* LOL)
b) Loyalty ( Aww please stop talking about me... sheesh... :P)
c) Generosity (being kind) ( Now THIS, I must improve)
d) To be helpful to others without he/she asking for that. ( And this too...)

5) Four things that stop the Rizq (Sustenance) :

a) Sleeping in the morning (from Fajr to sunrise) (Hardly)
b) Not Performing Namaz or Ir-regular in Prayers (Heaven forbids)
c) Laziness / Idleness ( k...this is like my hobby... :( )
d) Treachery / Dishonesty ( Hey, I'm trustworthy ^_^)

6) Four things that bring / increase the Rizq:

a) Staying up in the night for prayers. ( God be with me, trying my best to)
b) Excessive Repentance
( God be with me, trying my best to)
c) Regular Charity ( God be with me, trying my best..but i need charity too.. I'm penniless..)
d) Zikr (Remembrance of Allah / God). ( God be with me, trying my best to)

The Holy Prophet (SAW), Also said to communicate to others even if you listen One Verse (Ayaah) & this one verse will stand on the Day of Judgment for intercession.

The Holy Prophet (SAW) said, Stop doing everything during the Azaan, even reading the Quran, the person who talks during the Azaan will not be able to say the Kalima E Shahada on his/her death bed....
